Current Projects

1. We are in process of developing two-dimensional pnictogens (phosphorene, antimonene, bismuthene, arsenene) by various physical top-down methods and fabricate devices thereof to investigate their light-matter interactions in diverse experimental phase-space. [Funding from ANRF ]

2. We are developing various two-dimensional materials by top-down methods and fabricate their heterostructure devices thereof to investigate their electronic transport and light-matter interactions in diverse experimental conditions. [Funding from GITAM University]

3. We are developing two-dimensional metal monochalcogenides (SnS, SnSe, GeS, GeSe) by physical top-down methods and fabricate their heterostructure devices thereof to investigate their electronic transport and light-matter interactions in diverse experimental conditions. [Proposal submitted ]
