Optoelectronics in van der Waal hybrids (@ IISc. Bangalore)
Research Interests: Conduct low (room) temperature electronic transport under optical illumination on 2D materials' hetero structure, which leads to the development of high-speed, high gain photodetector and memory devices.
Materials: Graphene, TMDC
